Luisa is the only chocolate maker in Nottingham, and handcrafts all her chocolate from bean-to-bar at her little chocolate makery. We directly source the world's most premium cacao beans from conscientious farmers that truly look after their crops in the most ethical and sustainable way. We have won over 25 worldwide awards for our chocolate, and the fact that all our products happen to be 100% plant-based is a plus point for many.

We believe in sourcing the best, paying farmers more, and working together to create the world's finest chocolate.

We believe that chocolate should not be seen as a cheap commodity, but should be appreciated more and seen as one of life's pure and simple pleasures... as the Mayans said, pure chocolate is the Food of the Gods.
