Redsmith Distillery is the only distillery operating in the City of Nottingham and has at its heart a copper pot still named Jenny. Jenny was designed and created by Wayne Asher the founder of the distillery. The distillery creates classically styled gin expressions including Nottingham Dry Apple Gin made with famous Nottingham Bramley Apple and the multi award winning redsmith London Dry Gin.
