At Vietcentric we are on a mission to further enhance Nottingham’s modern independent culture but also its rich heritage with our own Vietnamese handprint. This is achieved through our own grassroot movements. Vietcentric is a place where people can learn Vietnamese cuisine and culture with our cooking classes and cultural events. We are therefore a bridge between Vietnam and the UK. We want everyone to enjoy Vietnamese food in Nottingham so we cater to all dietary requirements and will design and provide buried spices that cater for specific dishes and preferences. Through our community focused approach, we provide valuable internships and placements for students in Nottingham who want to create a stronger liaison between Vietnam and the UK. 

Vietcentric always strives to keep our classes interesting, meaningful and exciting. This is through our presentations about everything Vietnamese, learning how to prepare and cook Vietnamese traditional dishes and street food dishes, experiencing and learning how to do a traditional tea ceremony and even trying on our iconic national dress (Ao Dai). We therefore believe that the Vietcentric experience in Nottingham will be unforgettable and implemented into your lives!
